We’re a small, family-run business, and each Sunset Etchworks order is personalized and engraved just for you.

Processing Time

Most orders are created and ready to ship within 5–7 business days after your order and personalization details are received.

Larger or more complex custom orders may require additional production time. If we expect your order to take longer, we’ll contact you.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Once your order leaves our shop, delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier.

Shipping

Standard shipping is included with your order unless otherwise noted.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information when available. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by delays outside our control.

Have an event, shop hop, retreat, or other deadline? Please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to let you know if we can meet your date.
